Karen and Tony Hill expect to see results from their clients. Certified in personal training and nutrition, they have worked hard to obtain the respect of those they’ve trained and taught over the years.


  • Fitness Coaches:
    This is The Burn’s own brand of personal training. The Burn offers individually tailored fitness led by Karen, Tony or one of their professional coaches. They work with their clients to teach them how to actively participate in a healthy lifestyle while refining the discipline and patience it takes to achieve individual goals. The Burn’s coaches do everything they can to help you feel The Burn.

     

    Karen Hill
    Karen believes fitness is not a miracle, but requires basic knowledge, discipline and patience. For more than 18 years, she has helped others meet their objectives with her own personal style of support, enthusiasm and inspiration. Karen was a certified personal trainer from the International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA) and American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and is certified in nutrition counseling, weight training, aerobics, and pre- and –post-natal fitness. She was also a member of the International Reebok Master Team and a Certified Aerobic Instructors for Reebok, and has been published in Health and Shape magazines. Click Here to Contact Karen


    Tony Hill
    Tony’s body is his temple, and that is how he wants you to view yours. Tony’s signature style of hard work, perseverance and fun developed over the past 20 years is apparent through his creations of TOUCHE TM and Extreme Fitness Boot Camps. Inspiration for these classes came from his service in The United States Army, his work in law enforcement and the six years he spent as a Weaponless Self Defense Instructor for the State of California. His certification was attained with the International Sports & Science Association (ISSA) and he is currently the fitness trainer for the San Diego Charger Girls. Tony has not only competed as a power lifter and bodybuilder, but is also a motivational speaker, lecturer and the founder of wellness programs for a variety of corporations.     What Fitness Coaching Entails
    A professional fitness coaching staff, including Karen & Tony, get to know their clients, so they can recommend the best possible exercise and nutrition routine. Each coaching session is tailored to the client’s specific needs and one-on-one training pushes clients to achieve goals with encouragement along the way.

    The Burn is NOT…
